We remind you that there is a free self-service washing, drying and ironing service located on floor -1.
You must request the access card at our reception. However, if you want a service on demand, we enclose the corresponding laundry service menu, with the current rates.
Also, if you wish, we offer you a free sewing kit (you can request it at reception or from our cleaning staff) or, if you prefer, an emergency sewing service for emergency fixes and patches.
Important: Laundry delivered before 10:00 a.m. will be returned the same day after 6:00 p.m. For the collection of your clothes before 10:00, please notify Reception
Hours: The cleaning service with washing machine works every day. Dry cleaning exclusively from Monday to Friday.
Responsibility: The hotel is not responsible for possible breakage due to wear, faded clothing or shrinkage of clothing during washing. The hotel's responsibility in case of loss of the garment or fortuitous breakage will not exceed in any case five times the price charged for the service.
