The location in the north of the province of Castellón makes our destination and environment one of the most propitious at a national level, due to its changing orography in a few kilometers, for the practice of sports on two wheels. All cycle-tourism practices have their own well-defined space (Urban, Route, MTB, BTT, Touring, etc.) and are perfectly complemented with each other, as well as with the wide cultural, historical and gastronomic offer that Castellón Norte offers.

At present, the Gran Hotel Peñiscola**** is audited asince 2022 with the Castellón Cycling (CSC) label and .has been a founding member in 2021 of the Product Club “Ciclisme Castelló Nord” (CNC) ©, which brings together the main cycle-tourist entities in the north of the province of Castellón, with direct and cross-collaboration between all the associated companies, which guarantees an effective provision of quality services, both sports and tourism, all aimed at lovers of two wheels. At the same time, this collaboration extends to local, provincial and regional institutional levels, converging with the sustainable development guidelines defined by them.

This joint collaboration with the other CNC partners allows the Gran Hotel Peñiscola**** to widen the range of its accommodation and service offer, through its collaboration with organizers of «Training Camps» (whose main motivation for the trip is the practice offering fixed accommodation throughout the stay, circular routes, complemented by practice in specific sports facilities, professional medical services such as physiotherapists, specific diets, etc), and the so-called «Road Experience» (whose main motivation for the trip is the visit tourism to the destination and not so much its sports aspect, with linear routes that allow a better knowledge and greater number of tourist and gastronomic resources from the bicycle).
