The esplanade of the main entrance of the hotel is reserved exclusively to correctly offer the luggage loading and unloading service to our clients, in addition to meeting the special needs of guests with reduced mobility problems (disabled people). Therefore, the parking of your vehicle in said area is limited to carrying out one of these operations. Remember that keeping your vehicle improperly parked and failing to comply with the established indications can be an obstacle for the emergency means in case they should act, generating subsidiary civil liability for the owner of the vehicle. We recommend that you use our own car parks at all times, from which it will be additionally easier for you to carry out baggage loading and unloading operations.
As we have previously indicated, for your convenience we have arranged an outdoor parking area (back of the hotel) and an underground garage, located in the first basement of the Hotel, the latter having direct communication with the Hotel facilities. Access to both the rear Parking and the Garage will be done using a card that will have been given to you at Reception, which will have been coded when hiring the chosen parking area. Check the rates at Reception and in our official rates. Remember to keep the identification card that we will have given you visible on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times, which will facilitate surveillance functions and allow us to notify you immediately in the event of detecting any anomaly related to your vehicle.
