TRANSFER – Exclusive Hotel Guest Shuttle to Peñiscola Center

You have accessed the information and ticket sales page for our exclusive transfer service from the vicinity of the Hotel to the center of Peñiscola. 

Our TRANSFER service is exclusive for guests of Gran Hotel Peñiscola, direct between the immediate surroundings of Gran Hotel Peñiscola and the Center of Peñíscola (without intermediate stops) in both directions. An agile, economical, and simple way to travel to/from the town center without having to use your own vehicle. Without parking worries and contributing to reducing pollution in our town's environment.

Maximum number of seats per trip: 28 people

  • Departures towards Peñiscola will be made from the Bus stop located in Canto La Volta (opposite the petanque court, direction Peñiscola). The end of the journey coincides with the start of the return journey.
  • Returns from Peñiscola: Congress Palace Bus Stop (C/ Maestro Bayarri). The end of the journey coincides with the start of the return journey.

* In case there are more people waiting for the return than available seats on the bus, an extra express pick-up will be made for the surplus of people already waiting at that moment.  Schedules subject to traffic and circulation conditions.

TICKET PURCHASE

Tickets (costing €1.75 per person and trip, VAT included) for using this service must be purchased online in advance through this APP, using the green BOOK button at the bottom of the page you are reading. PS: Only in case of widespread technical problems with the application, the hotel will exceptionally enable the physical sale of paper tickets at the Hotel itself at the sales point enabled in the Royal Cafeteria.

Important to consider when making the purchase:

1) Each online purchase can only be used for 1 single trip (no need to specify which one) and only for the day selected at the time of purchase (if not used, they are automatically cancelled and invalidate their redemption for a different date). You can purchase in the same transaction the number of tickets you need for yourself and your companions.

But remember that you must make 1 INDEPENDENT PURCHASE for each TRIP.

2) When boarding the bus, you must show the driver your reservation for verification of passengers, date of use, and validation of the associated QR. You will find each of your purchases/reservations in the "My Reservations" section (by clicking on the 3 vertical dots that appear in the upper right corner of the APP's main page, right after the magnifying glass and bell icons). To speed up your access to the bus, we recommend having the ticket's QR visible, so you can take a screenshot for quick scanning. In the case of physical (paper) tickets, simply hand them to the driver.

3) As indicated above, digital (QR) or physical tickets can be used at any time and for any trip on the day indicated in the purchase. Subject to seat availability. Remember that payments are not collected on the bus itself. 

4) Without a valid QR (or substitute physical ticket), this service cannot be used.
